A company brain for daily operations

Day-to-day work was scattered across notes, folders and people's heads. We reorganised it into a workspace an agent could navigate: a catalogue of where every type of work lives, house rules for how it should be done, and a library of skills for jobs that kept coming back. After that, meetings transcribed and filed themselves by topic. Research, drafting, forecasting, compliance preparation and operational tracking ran from the same environment, so the people doing the work and the AI helping them shared the same memory and standards.
