Forecasting that speaks plain language

Forecasting lived in a tool that was painful for iterative founder work and offered no usable public API for that workflow. We built a forecasting skill and supporting scripts against the product's own endpoints, so headcount, assumptions and timing could be described in natural language and written straight into the model. Drivers, rules, journals and financial statements became agent-mediated operations, and the operating plan and the forecast stayed aligned without a detour through the vendor's interface.
