Building an innovation support programme

AWS needed its support for early-stage companies to work the same way each time, across EMEA, for founders building with emerging technology. We designed that startup practice and then ran it. Founders received advice matched to their stage, through direct conversations, specialist workshops and cohort programmes.

The practice advised thousands of early-stage companies. Workshops and cohorts gave the organisation a programme it could run again with the next group, on the same design.
